Tracey Atkinson started their work experience in 2005 at Salix Homes, where they worked as an Income Manager until 2016. In 2016, they joined Frenkel Topping Group as the Director of HR. During their time at Frenkel Topping Group, they successfully led the transition from an outsourced HR operation to an in-house function. Tracey played a vital role in hiring and developing new recruits and was instrumental in the company's growth from 75 employees to 400 staff members. Tracey is passionate about leading and developing HR practices that support the company's workforce and uphold the business's good reputation.

Tracey Atkinson obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from The University of Salford, where they studied business administration and management from 2008 to 2010. In addition, Tracey Atkinson holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management from ILM, which they obtained in June 2022.
