Peter Vorholt

Peter Vorholt is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems and project leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Global Project Lead HR Systems at Fresenius Kabi, Peter is responsible for the global Workday implementation and the development of an HR systems strategy. Previously, at ING Deutschland, Peter led the Empower HR team, focusing on innovative HR products and processes, employee experience, and RPA implementation. In prior roles at PVH Europe B.V., Wacom Europe GmbH, and DB Schenker, Peter demonstrated expertise in HR digitalization, system rollouts, and analytics. Peter's educational background includes an MSc from The London School of Economics and a degree from KEDGE Business School.
