Pamela Fritz

Pamela Fritz has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee engagement, relations, recruitment, retention, training, talent management, and change management. Pamela recently joined Curio Wellness as the Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they worked at Weis Markets as the District Human Resources Talent Manager, overseeing HR for over 1900 employees in 16 stores. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Kohl's Department Stores, where they led support for HR and played a key role in employee relations investigations. Pamela's career in HR started at Target, where they served as an Executive Team Leader, leading recruiting and staffing initiatives and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Pamela Fritz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Villa Julie College, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Pamela also holds a Master's degree in Business and Technology Management from Stevenson University, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
