Masahiko Ando has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting their career at Showa Denko K.K. before moving on to roles at SunAllomer, Netvein, Toyo Shinyaku, and currently at Fresenius Medical Care Asia-Pacific. Masahiko has a strong background in Global Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement. Masahiko has also served as a Local Compliance Officer and has experience in Labor Management Negotiation. Additionally, Masahiko has a degree in International Law from Kyushu University.
