Aakash Dharmadhikari

Aakash Dharmadhikari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights and analytics across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Voice of the Customer Insights Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America since July 2020, Aakash previously held the position of Customer Insights and Analysis Manager at Zurich North America, where contributions included managing a loyalty program and enhancing customer advocacy strategies. Aakash's earlier roles include Senior Analyst at Arc Worldwide, specializing in predictive modeling for CRM initiatives, as well as Senior Research Analyst at Ipsos, focusing on consumer attitude analytics. Aakash began an academic career at the University of California, San Diego, where responsibilities included teaching and research assistance while earning a Ph.D. in Political Science. Aakash also holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
