Craig Frankland

Craig Frankland currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Modeling & Analytics at Fresenius Medical Care, focusing on building internal supply chain strategy competency. Previously, Craig held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Optilogic, where responsibilities included establishing the Customer Success department and managing software support and training. Prior experience includes Director of Professional Services at LLamasoft, leading consulting teams in supply chain projects, and earlier roles as Solutions Manager at Plante & Moran and Engineer at Rockwell Automation. Craig Frankland earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
