Jared Criddle

Jared Criddle is an experienced Endovascular and Interventional Radiologist, currently employed at Azura Vascular Care since June 2021. Previously, Criddle held positions as a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at Carolina Radiology Consultants and Chandler Radiology Associates, as well as an Endovascular and Interventional Specialist at Vascular and Interventional Associates of Arizona. Criddle also worked as a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at Coastal Radiology and completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Criddle's foundational training includes a Radiology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a surgical internship at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Criddle earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and German Language and Literature from the University of Utah.
