Jeanne Glennon Carter

Jeanne Glennon Carter is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, currently serving as Strategic Human Resources Director at Fresenius Medical Care since 2018, overseeing 7,500 employees and driving strategic initiatives in diversity, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Jeanne spent several years at Siemens in various roles, including Director of the Employee Relations Center of Excellence and Senior Director of HR Business Consultants, where significant contributions were made to enhance the employee experience and align human capital strategies with business objectives. Jeanne also served as Strategic Senior HR Partner at Siemens Healthineers, partnering with senior management to implement strategic goals. Jeanne holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Widener University.
