Patricia Rich serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Care Delivery & US Litigation and Investigations at Fresenius Medical Care, where previous roles included Vice President and Deputy General Counsel overseeing Litigation, Investigations, Regulatory matters, and Payor Relations, as well as Vice President and Associate General Counsel focusing on Managed Care and Payor Relations. Prior to joining Fresenius Medical Care, Patricia Rich held the position of Partner at Duane Morris LLP and began their legal career as an Associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP.
