Patrick Murphy

Patrick Murphy serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Litigation and Investigations at Fresenius Medical Care since May 2018. Prior to this role, Patrick held significant legal positions at GE Healthcare from 2000, including General Counsel for Litigation & Compliance/Investigations and Associate General Counsel for Litigation. Patrick’s earlier experience includes counsel roles at King and Spalding and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, where Patrick served as Assistant General Counsel and was detailee to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Patrick also served as a Major and Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1992. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America.
