Paul Woodward

Paul Woodward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and product management. Currently serving as Global Product Lead and Senior Innovation Manager at Fresenius Medical Care since October 2022, Paul previously held roles as Senior Innovation Consultant at both Magnetic and Shell, where key contributions included leading discovery work for a multi-million-pound trading platform and facilitating design sprints. At Mosaic Innovation, Paul co-developed training workshops and digital prototypes for high-profile clients, while at Just Group plc, Paul was a founding member of an Innovation Unit focused on direct-to-consumer ventures. Earlier, as Product Director at Connell Guides, Paul transformed a start-up into a market leader in study guides, achieving significant growth and innovation. Paul’s career began in community development with Test Valley Community Services, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Hertfordshire.
