Marc Lenz has extensive work experience in the IT service industry. Marc started their career at Lexmark in 1998, where they held various positions until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Manager of the Service Center for GER/AUT/CHE/PO. Marc then took on the role of Manager of Service Operations & Professional Services D-A-CH from 2008 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Manager of Service Delivery for DACH BENELUX at Lexmark. In 2019, Marc joined Fresenius Digital Technology as the Senior Manager of Incident Management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global IT Service Desk, Governance, and Support at Fresenius Digital Technology, starting in January 2022.
Marc Lenz obtained a degree as an Information Technology Specialist for System Integration from an unknown institution between 1998 and 2001. Marc also has additional certifications including ITIL v4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2021), ITIL v3 and Prince2 from SERVIEW (obtained in 2010), and CDIA+ and ITIL v2 from SERVIEW and CompTIA respectively (both obtained in 2005).
