Christian Hager

Christian Hager has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and auditing. Christian is currently serving as the VP of Group Reporting & Monitoring at Fresenius Group. Prior to this role, they worked as the VP of Executive Assistant to the Management Board at Fresenius Group.

Before joining Fresenius Group, Hager held various positions at Fresenius Medical Care, including VP of Operational Excellence & Review and VP of Regional Compliance Officer EMEA.

Earlier in their career, Hager worked as a Compliance Auditor at E.ON and as a Senior Analyst at Görling Forensic Services. Christian also served as an Investigator at Commerzbank AG and Citi.

Hager began their career at KPMG Deutschland as a Resource Manager and later worked at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) in Resource Management. Christian also had a brief internship at NATO.

Christian Hager completed their education at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics from 1997 to 2001, obtaining a Drs./Master degree in International Economics. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Drs. and M.A. from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
