Marijana Poznan

Marijana Poznan has a strong work experience in the legal field. Marijana currently holds the position of Head of commercial legal EMEA Central (CE)&HRBP EMEA Central CD at Fresenius Group, which they started in September 2022. Prior to that, Marijana worked as the Head of Legal Commercial EMEA Centar, Medical Technology/Care Enablement at the same company from July 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Fresenius Group, they had an extensive career at Fresenius Medical Care, where they held various roles. Some of their notable positions include Regional Head of HR, Regional General Counsel South East Central Europe from August 2019 to July 2022, Regional General Counsel West Balkan and Head of HR West Balkan region from October 2017 to July 2022, and Director of HR and legal department from July 2013 to October 2017. Prior to joining the medical industry, Marijana worked as a Lawyer at Živković Samardžić Law Office from January 2007 to September 2010. Marijana also gained experience as a Trainee at the Basic Court from April 2006 to November 2006.

Marijana Poznan attended the University of Belgrade from 2001 to 2006, studying Law.
