Brandan Lucas

Brandan Lucas is a Senior Systems Administrator at The Fresh Air Fund. Prior to joining The Fresh Air Fund, Brandan Lucas worked as a NOC Technician at Atlantic Tomorrow's Office from November 2016 to October 2017. In this role, Brandan was responsible for managing virtual environments using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, as well as providing installation, diagnostic, and repair services for computers with standardized applications and networking software. Additionally, Brandan provided on-site and phone technical support for schools and small businesses, and administered and troubleshot cloud environments such as Office 365 and Google Apps. Brandan also has experience working as a Computer Technician at Theta Discoveries, Inc from June 2015 to October 2016, where they managed virtual environments using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, installed and repaired computers with standardized applications and networking software, provided on-site and phone technical support for schools and small businesses, and administered and troubleshot cloud environments such as Office 365 and Google Apps. Prior to their work in the tech industry, Brandan worked as a Digital Learning Resident at the New York Hall of Science from October 2007 to April 2014.

Brandon Lucas is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Farmingdale. Brandan previously earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Information Technology from Nassau Community College in 2010. Brandan also holds a certification from Google Apps Administrator.
