Rob Bellezza

Rob Bellezza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rob most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Vermont Cheese Products, Inc. and The Farmer Companies starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held positions such as Member Board of Directors at NICKS in July 2022 and Advisor- Operations at Fresh Bellies in April 2021. Rob also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Curio Wellness from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before entering the food industry, Rob Bellezza worked at Seventh Generation as the Head of Supply Chain from September 2020 to October 2021. Rob also worked for Unilever, where they held several positions, including Head of M&A Integration North America from June 2019 to September 2020, and Head of Operations/Manufacturing at Ben & Jerry's from May 2011 to June 2019.

Rob Bellezza started their career at Unilever in 1997 and held various roles such as Director of Procurement Capabilities Americas, Procurement Operations Manager, Process Excellence Planning Manager, Front Line Manager, Customer Service Team Leader, Supply Chain Planner, Stock Deployment Planner, and Customer Service & Transportation Analyst.

Rob Bellezza earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997. Rob later pursued further education, obtaining an MBA in International Business from Fairfield University between 2000 and 2006. In addition, they spent a year studying at Birkbeck, University of London in 1995-1996, although the specific degree and field of study during this period is unknown.
