Cynthia Owens

Cynthia Owens is the Strategy Director here at Fresh. She has worked as a consultant in the US and Asia for 15 years, helping organizations pivot, accelerate, and be more successful.

Her expertise spans strategy design and activation, leadership and organizational strategy, experience design, design thinking, and systems thinking. Cynthia began her career as a journalist before focusing on team building, guiding organizations to better channel their expertise and experience to grow stronger.

In her spare time, she can be found enjoying bike rides around Portland.
