Fresh Energy
Allen Gleckner has over a decade of experience in energy policy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Executive Lead for Policy & Programs at Fresh Energy since April 2014. Previously, Allen held multiple roles at Fresh Energy, including Senior Director of Energy Markets & Regulatory Affairs and Director of Energy Markets. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at the Environmental Law & Policy Center and as an Environmental Law Fellow at the same organization. Allen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis (2001-2005).
