Harry Hou has a strong background in food safety and quality, with experience at companies such as Fresh Express, Farmer's Fridge, Wrigley, and Kraft Foods Group. Harry also has academic experience as a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Minnesota, where they focused on food product development, pathogen monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Harry'sroles have ranged from Supplier Quality Scientist to Director of Corporate Food Safety & Innovation.
Harry Hou completed their Doctorate of Philosophy in Food Science-Food Safety at the University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2012.
