Jennifer Castano

Jennifer Castano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer management and sales, currently serving as a Regional Customer Manager at Fresh Express since October 2015. In this role, Jennifer manages over 275 Publix retail locations in the Miami division, developing strong relationships and conducting store audits to enhance product execution for Fresh Express and Chiquita brands. Jennifer's contributions include increasing sales through promotional strategies, data analysis, and account management, alongside supporting national account management tasks. Jennifer is also a certified Les Mills BODYPUMP® fitness instructor and has previously worked in public relations and as a Constituent Services Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives.
