John Gurrisi has extensive work experience in the food safety and quality sector. John held various roles at Fresh Express, including Vice President of Food Safety & Quality, Senior Director of Food Safety & Quality, and Director of Food Safety & Product Quality. Prior to that, they worked at Darden, starting as a Total Quality Manager in San Francisco and progressing to roles such as Director Total Quality Global Fresh Produce and Director of Total Quality at Olive Garden Restaurants.
John Gurrisi earned their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from California State University, Chico. In 2014, they obtained a certification in R.E.H.S. from the National Environmental Health Association.
