Jeremy Mattingly is a highly experienced culinary professional with over 11 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef at Fresh Ideas Management, LLC since August 2017, Jeremy previously owned and operated Culinary Concepts of Owensboro, LLC, providing customized event catering solutions. Additional roles include Executive Chef at Global Spectrum and Executive Chef at Lake Forest Country Club, along with substantial experience as an Owner and Sculptor at Mattingly Ice Sculptures, specializing in hand-carved ice sculptures for various events. Jeremy’s career also includes a marketing associate position at Sysco, focusing on client relations and operations. Educated at Sullivan University with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts, Jeremy's expertise spans operations, sales, financial management, and staff training.
