Cassidy Higgins

Cassidy Higgins is a highly experienced professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) since July 2014, where responsibilities include executing the organization's long-term vision and enhancing operational excellence. Prior roles at FLY include Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President of Community Impact, and Director of Programs & Innovation, focusing on strategic initiatives, program design, and community impact. Previously, Cassidy worked at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless as an Outcomes Specialist and held various positions at Family Tree, Volunteers of America, and Urban Peak, gaining extensive experience in youth services and program management. Cassidy holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies and advanced degrees in Human Communication and Psychology/Sociology from the University of Denver and the University of Colorado.
