John McAlister

John McAlister has over three decades of experience in the health benefits and insurance industry, including serving as the Owner of SourceBenefits from 1986 to 2022, where the company addressed evolving client needs amidst changing healthcare landscapes. Currently, John holds the position of Sales Representative at freshbenies since 2010. John also contributed to local governance as a City Councilman for the City of Gahanna from 2002 to 2011 and served as a Past Board Member for the Columbus Association of Health Underwriters. In 2000, John was a candidate for the U.S. Senate representing the Libertarian Party of Ohio. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Murray State University, complemented by minors in History, Military Science, and Education.
