Craig Hynds

Craig Hynds is an experienced professional in enterprise architecture and business analysis, currently serving as Team Lead for Enterprise Architecture and Senior Technical Business Analyst at FreshBooks since November 2021. In addition, Craig has been a Program Advisory Committee Member for the Business Analysis Program at Fanshawe College since June 2022. Previously, Craig held key positions at Trudell Medical Limited, including Enterprise Architect/ERP IT Lead and Manager of Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise architecture, cybersecurity programs, and PMO practices. Craig's career began at Sykes Assistance Services as a Business Analyst, after which roles at StarTech.com and further technical experience as a Software Engineer/GIS Analyst were established. Academic credentials include a BA in Computing from Wilfrid Laurier University and certificates in Geographical Information Systems and Enterprise Architecture from Penn State University and the University of Toronto, respectively, along with completion of the altMBA program.
