Stefano Grossi

Stefano Grossi is the current Vice President of Engineering at FreshBooks. Stefano has also held the position of Vice President of Product Development at SOTI. During their time at SOTI, they created a new model for hiring and scaling high-performance teams. Stefano also expanded the company's understanding of Agile as a meaning, not as a set of "rules". Stefano spearhead the DevOps movement to allow Continuous Delivery and Infrastructure as Code model. Stefano also refined agile practices to reflect the elimination of regression.

Stefano Grossi is a software engineer who graduated from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia with a degree in engineering. Stefano also holds a certification from the Scrum Alliance in CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
