Kristin Carney

Kristin Carney has extensive experience in ecommerce and digital product management. Kristin began their career at Muze, Inc., where they held roles of increasing responsibility in music content management. Kristin then joined FreshDirect, where they progressed from Content & Ecommerce Manager to Senior Director, Product (Digital), overseeing digital roadmap development and managing CMS, PIM, DXP platforms, search engine optimization, and UX/UI functions. Carney successfully led the redesign of the storefront resulting in a significant revenue increase. Their roles at FreshDirect also included Director of Ecommerce and Senior Manager, Ecommerce, where they managed feature launches, team members, and content requirements for CMS migration.

Kristin Carney completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Radio, Film & TV at New York University.
