Steve Rifkin

Steve Rifkin has extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and previously as Vice President of Engineering at OTTera, Inc. since October 2016. In addition, Steve Rifkin has contributed as a Senior Application Architect at FreshForm. since January 2012, and has a consultancy role at Crifkin Amalgamated since January 2004. Previous roles include Site Architect and Drupal Programmer at Exaltation of Larks from June 2011 to December 2012, and Owner of The Eleanor Group from August 2006 to December 2011. Steve Rifkin holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Northwestern University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
