Esha Rao

Esha Rao is an Analyst at Morgan Stanley since July 2025, following a series of impactful roles including a Finance Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from August 2022 to June 2025. Esha's experience includes a summer analyst position in the Institutional Securities Group at Morgan Stanley, and an Enterprise Data Management internship at PNC, focusing on risk frameworks and mentorship. Additional academic contributions include coaching youth in golf through The First Tee of Greater Trenton, leading pro bono consulting projects for Freshii and Knotzland, and instructing high school students in financial literacy with Moneythink. Esha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside a high school diploma from Lawrence High School.
