Miquel Antolín Civil

Miquel Antolín Civil has a range of work experience in various roles. From 2016 onwards, they served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Freshly Cosmetics, the first digital brand for healthy and toxin-free cosmetics. In this role, they focused on creating a line of cosmetics that are sustainable, transparent, and promote personal well-being.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, Miquel worked as a Project Manager Engineer at Gomá-Camps, a paper manufacturing company. Here, they led a project focused on finding the most efficient and optimal process and technology for the thermal recovery of paper waste. This project resulted in energy utilization to meet steam production needs, a reduction in carbon footprint, and the replacement of the current natural gas boiler.

Miquel also gained valuable experience during their internship at ANAV (Asociación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellós) in 2012.

Miquel Antolín Civil completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from Universitat Rovira i Virgili from 2009 to 2013. Miquel then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university from 2013 to 2014. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
