Pablo Garcia Garcia has a diverse work experience in different companies. Pablo started their career in 2016 as a Professor and Commercial at Dynamind - Mentes Dinámicas. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Auxiliar Laboral and later as a Gerente de Área at GRUPO GESTIONA CENTRO ADMINISTRADOR, where they managed labor-related tasks and handled legal issues.

In 2018, Pablo joined L'Onada Serveis - Perfect Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they implemented a competency system, updated job descriptions, and conducted interviews. Pablo also handled onboarding processes and communicated with managers to meet their hiring needs. Later, they transitioned to the role of Técnico de Selección de Personal, where they updated job listings, published job offers on various platforms, and conducted interviews.

In 2020, Pablo worked at Sistema de Salut de Catalunya as a Técnico de Desarrollo de Personas, contributing to the development and growth of the organization's talent. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Freshly Cosmetics, where they seek to attract and recruit the right candidates for the team. Pablo also explores new ways of working and ensures alignment between team needs and candidate qualifications.

Pablo Garcia Garcia's education history begins with their bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Occupation, with a specialization in Labor Equality and Social Economy, which they obtained from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Pablo attended this institution from 2010 to 2016.
