Onne van der Heide

Onne van der Heide currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at FreshMinds since November 2023, focusing on understanding individual aspirations and promoting happiness at work. Previously, Onne worked as an IT-recruiter at igen from November 2021 to November 2023, specializing in the recruitment and coaching of IT professionals. Earlier experience includes positions as a Facilitair servicedesk medewerker at ArrangeGroup, a Hiker at Easy Way b.v., and conducting graduation research for the Provincie Noord-Holland on partnerships within facility management. Additional roles include an assistant position at Golfclub Zeegersloot, an internship at the Ministry of Justice and Security, and a trainee position at Participe. Onne holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management from De Haagse Hogeschool, obtained in 2019, and a HAVO diploma in Economics & Society from Scala College, completed in 2013.
