Thembi MacHaba

Thembi Machaba has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Freshpet since August 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Molson Coors, including Vice President of Global Human Resources & Organization Effectiveness from January 2019 to August 2020, and Senior Director of Global Human Resources from October 2016 to December 2018. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at MillerCoors as the Director of Organization Development. Thembi Machaba also has experience at SABMiller, where they served as an OD Manager from January 2006 to December 2011 and as a Human Resources Manager from January 2004 to December 2005. Thembi began their career at Unilever as the Training and Development Manager from January 2000 to December 2001.

Thembi Machaba attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
