Carlas Jones

Carlas Jones is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at FreshPoint, Inc. since July 2024, Carlas previously held the position of Sr. Director of People Services and Belonging at The Family Place from December 2022 to February 2024. Prior to that, Carlas worked as a Human Resources Manager for the Neiman Marcus Group from February 2018 to November 2022, and held a similar role at Macy’s Inc. from October 1980 to February 2018. Carlas Jones is an alumnus of the University of North Texas.
