Daniel Olivares, Sr., MBA, CHST, CSP

Daniel Olivares, Sr., MBA, CHST, CSP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel started their professional career in 1997 as an Operations Manager in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for nearly 19 years until 2016. After leaving the military, Daniel worked as an Operations Manager for Home Depot At-Home Services for 7 months in 2017. In the same year, they also joined McKinley Equipment as a Project Manager, where they stayed for a year.

In 2018, Daniel transitioned to J and M Builders, where they worked as a Project Manager for one year. Later in 2019, they became a Safety Manager at Cannon Building, a role they held for three years until 2022. At this point, they joined FreshRealm as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager, and their current engagement is still ongoing.

Moreover, Daniel is also the owner of N.O.D.O. Safety, a role they took on in February 2023. Throughout their career, Daniel has accumulated various qualifications and certifications, including an MBA and CHST, CSP certifications.

Daniel completed their Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. In 2019, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university.

Additionally, in 2016, Daniel received a certification in Cloud Server Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2008, they pursued a program in Diesel Vehicle Maintenance through the Motor Transport Maintenance Instructional Company. Furthermore, in 1998, they completed a course in Law Enforcement at the United States Army Military Police School.

In terms of certifications, Daniel has obtained various qualifications. Daniel is a Procore Certified Project Manager in Core Tools, Financial Management, Project Management, Quality & Safety, and Resource Management from Procore Technologies, achieved in September 2019. Daniel has an OSHA10 certification from the American Safety Council, Inc, obtained in July 2017.
