Gina Farschman

Gina Farschman currently serves as the HR Director for Employee Relations and Special Projects at FreshRealm, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Gina was the HR Director and Head of Employee Relations at Blue Apron from June 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a Human Resources team for a large food manufacturing plant and managing various HR functions such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. Gina’s earlier experience includes positions as HR Manager at Michaels Stores, Inc., where responsibilities spanned from managing a distribution center to ensuring labor law compliance, as well as roles at Vista Hospital of Dallas and LATA.
