Rekha Raghavan

Rekha Raghavan's work experience begins in 1997 at Kirloskar Brothers Limited, where they worked as a Manager in Corporate HR. Rekha then moved on to AREVA T&D as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2011. Following that, they served as the HR Head at Maini Materials Movement Pvt Ltd from 2011 to 2012, and as the General Manager HR at Prime Focus Technologies from 2012 to 2013. Rekha then took a sabbatical from 2014 to 2015 before joining Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd, where they worked as the Deputy General Manager in Human Resources from 2013 to 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of General Manager in Human Resources at CPF(India) Private Limited - Vizianagaram Dist. Rekha then worked as a CDF at Dheya Career Mentors (I) Pvt. Ltd. from 2018 to 2019, before joining FreshToHome Foods Private Ltd. in 2019 as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Rekha Raghavan obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Microbiology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they attended from 1993 to 1995. Following this, they pursued their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Labour Welfare & Personnel Management from the same university, studying from 1995 to 1997.
