Aleck Franceschini is the Senior Manager of Global Executive Recruiting at Freshworks since August 2023. Prior to this role, Aleck founded Truth In Talent and was the Head of GTM Talent at Netlify. Aleck has extensive experience in executive recruiting, having worked as an Executive Recruiter at Zendesk and in various recruiting roles at Alamo Capital and Bayside Solutions. Aleck holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Chico.
