Arash Kalantarinia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Services at Freshworks since August 2024, Arash previously held multiple leadership roles at BMC Software from July 2011 to December 2023, including Area Vice President for Customer Success, where responsibilities encompassed governance, knowledge management, and the establishment of best practices to enhance customer experience and reduce risks. Arash also designed a global services program and managed consulting practices across the US West and Federal regions, driving significant revenue and stakeholder engagement. Earlier career experience includes positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, ExcelaCom, Avendra, MediaCenters, Verizon, and AT&T, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
