Gourav Shrivastava

Gourav Shrivastava currently serves as the Director and Head of Product Analytics at Freshworks since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gourav held multiple positions at Simpl, including Director and Associate Director for Analytics, from August 2022 to May 2024. From February 2018 to August 2022, Gourav worked at Amazon, where responsibilities included Senior Manager roles in Business Intelligence for Amazon Prime and Analytics for Amazon Pay. Earlier career experience includes serving as Lead Business Analyst at Ola from April 2016 to January 2018 and progressing through various roles at Mu Sigma Inc. from June 2013 to March 2016, ultimately as Senior Business Analyst. Gourav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2013, and has foundational education from Vindhyachal Academy.
