Jason Lomax

Jason Lomax serves as the Senior Director of Customer Support at Freshworks since June 2024. Previously, Jason held the role of Vice President of Global Customer Success and Support at Device42 from June 2017 to August 2018, and earlier positions included Director of Customer Success, Support, and IT at the same company. Prior to that, Jason was Director of Success, Support, and IT at Tangoe from March 2005 to June 2017 and served as CEO of Lomax Enterprises, an IT consulting firm, from May 2001 to March 2005. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in IT Business Management from Western Governors University.
