Junaid Akram

Junaid Akram currently serves as Director of Corporate Strategy and Partner Programs at Freshworks since December 2023. Earlier, as a Technical Strategy Manager at Ericsson from December 2009 to August 2013, Junaid managed telecom infrastructure projects across Africa and Asia. Junaid's career began as an RF Optimization Engineer at Jazz from May 2007 to November 2009, specializing in radio frequency coverage optimization. Junaid holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.E. in Telecommunication Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
