Murali Swaminathan

Murali Swaminathan serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Freshworks, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership roles. Previously, Murali held positions as Operating Advisor at Raido Capital Partners, and Vice President of ITSM and SPM Engineering at ServiceNow, where responsibilities included overseeing IT service management initiatives. Additional roles at ServiceNow included Vice President of ITSM Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering for IT Service Management Products. Prior to that, Murali was the Chief Technology Officer for Cloud Services Practice at Imaginea Technologies Inc. and served as Vice President of Engineering at Recommind, now part of OpenText. Murali Swaminathan holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University and is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley.
