Payal Patel

Payal Patel is a seasoned professional in solution engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director for North America at Freshworks, where Payal also holds the position of President and Co-Founder of Freshworks WISE, an initiative focused on women in solution engineering. Additionally, Payal is an Advisor and Co-Founder of Freshworks Women 360. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Solution Consultant at Gladly, Inc., and various positions at Salesforce, including Lead Solution Engineer and Senior Solution Engineer. Payal began a career in solution engineering at Eastern Computer Exchange as a Senior Solution Engineer after serving as an Implementation Delivery Specialist at EMC. Payal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from St. John's University from 2000 to 2004.
