Rachel Cowan is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience at leading organizations. Currently serving as the Lead - Senior Customer Success Manager at Freshworks since April 2022, Rachel excels in executive relationships and wellness coaching while utilizing a broad skill set.
