Rajiv Rao

Rajiv Rao began their career in 1996 as Manager-sales for J T Mobiles. Rajiv then moved to BPL net in 1999 as Channel and Alliances Manager. In 2000, they became City Lead for Reliance Communications, where they were responsible for the Mass Residential Program project to connect 20000+ Buildings in Bangalore. In 2005, they were appointed Zonal Head- Operations, North and East Zone for Tata Communications. Their roles included overseeing acquisitions, service delivery, service assurance and end to end customer life cycle management. In 2011, they became Chief Operating Officer for Spectranet Limited, where they launched 4G Wimax Services in 5 months and created a Network Deployment Strategy. In 2012, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer for Moksha Yug Access India Private Limited, a rural supply chain solutions company. Finally, in 2013, they founded and became CEO of FreshWorld, an enterprising start-up company which has innovatively ventured into a 'Farm to Home' concept.

Rajiv Rao completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christ University, Bangalore in 1993, majoring in Financial Accounting and Business Economics. In 2009, they finished a Post Graduate Business Management Course at XLRI Jamshedpur.
