Joy Gangemi-Jansen

Joy Gangemi-Jansen is a Human Centred Designer at fresk.digital since January 2022, focusing on integrating challenges from innovative corporates and scale-ups with expertise in sensemaking. Previously, Joy served as a Product & Service Designer at INFO - Your Business Innovation Partner from September 2016 to December 2021, contributing to organizational growth through innovation. Joy's academic achievements include a Bachelor in Communication and Multimedia Design from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017, and a Minor in User Experience Design. The graduation thesis highlighted human centric design and ethics in the Internet of Things, achieving a grade of 8.5. Additional experiences include internships in User Experience Design at AnnexCinema and Tam Tam, along with early roles in customer service and cashier positions.
