Emilia Reyes

Ms. Reyes is a Fresno County native, growing up in the rural city of Mendota. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Before leading Fresno EOC as CEO, Ms. Reyes was Executive Director for First 5 Fresno County. She was highly involved in community efforts to combat the region’s preterm birth and black infant mortality rates and supported a strong foundation for all children ages 0 to 5.
