Kelsie C. has a diverse work experience in the field of workers' compensation and employee relations. Kelsie began their career in 2013 as a Disability Insurance Program Representative at the Employment Development Department, where they conducted eligibility interviews and made decisions on DI benefits. In 2017, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Workers Compensation Case Coordinator, coordinating and expediting the care and recovery of work-related injuries and illnesses. In this role, they served as a liaison between patients, employers, workers compensation carriers, and medical staff. Currently, since 2022, they work as an HR Workers' Compensation and Safety Manager at the Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (Fresno EOC).
