Carlos Huerta

Carlos Huerta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational capacity building, entrepreneurship, and community development. As the Executive Director at Fresno Pacific University since November 2016, Carlos has focused on enhancing the capabilities of various organizations through initiatives in financial literacy, leadership development, and research. In addition to teaching as a Professor, Carlos has served in leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Board Chair at Midtown Church and Vice Chair at Aspen Public Schools. With a strong background in nonprofit management and investment through positions such as Chair at NextGen Philanthropy and Board Member at Jubilee Impact Fund, Carlos has facilitated the growth of social enterprises and impact investments. Carlos holds an MBA from Fresno Pacific University and has previously served in diverse roles ranging from Regional Marketing Director at Qualtrics to Case Manager at Child Protective Services.
